Login to the WordPress dashboard of the “new” blog where you want to restore this backup, i.e. http://www.example.com/wp-admin

On the sidebar of your WordPress dashboard, click Plugins, Add New then click the Upload tab

Click the Browse button and upload the article you downloaded

Choose “Restore from URL” and the URL of THIS blog’s most recent backup is already entered and ready to restore
